I don’t know how I never heard of the band, Stars until this weekend. First of all they started out in Canada, moved to New York, and are now back in Montreal. I guess being on the west coast now, I’m not as “tuned in” to east coaster indie pop bands. I must say, their latest album, In Our Bedroom After the War, is one of the coolest collections of tunes I’ve heard in a long time. I’m a sucker for soft moody tracks and this is full of them. Below you’ll find my favorites. You can stream or right click and download the mp3s. If they come to the Bay anytime soon, I’m there!
